This figure is part of the 30th Anniversary collection, that came out in 2007. The addition of the cloth cape is a nice touch.

Biggs gives up a promising career in the military to join the Rebel Alliance. Biggs and Luke aspire to enter the Imperial Space Academy together, but only Biggs realizes his dream. At the academy, Biggs discovers the cruelty and oppression of the Empire and decides to join the Rebellion, confiding his secret to Luke during a trip home.
This Biggs Darklighter figure is based on the character's appearance in a deleted scene from the beginning of A New Hope.
