The Legacy Collection was a great series of figures! With this collection we would get multiple articulated, and highly detailed figures, and a part of a droid that can be completed once all of the parts are found from other figures! Sometimes packs would have two figures! That's right! TWO!!!! This set is amazing with the highly detailed jawa with many accessories like:

Ionization Blaster Rifle
Power Pack w/ Strap
Ion Power Charge Cell
The treadwell would have 8 hinged arms! Both amazing figures plus part of a figure for just one price! Astounding!
On the back of the card:
The Jawas come to the Lars homestead to offer droids for sale. One of the droids they show Owen Lars is a WED Treadwell droid, a common utility droid with multiple manipulator arms and goggle-like photoreceptors on a telescoping neck.
